Git Fit!

Today is the first day of my retirement.  Over the past 20 years I’ve allowed myself to gain weight and slide into a sedentary lifestyle.  There’s always been the excuse of not enough time or energy.  Today that changes.  Starting today, I will be counting calories and exercising regularly.  No more excuses!  No more sitting at a desk all day, no more putting the goals of others ahead of my goals of getting in shape and staying in shape.

My current weight is 190 pounds.  I’m 5’7″ and 61 years old.   My weight goal is to lose 45 pounds.  Follow my journey as I share my trials and errors and progress.
